What to do with a Hole, a Primer.

Step 1: Have lots of fun digging the hole. Enlist help, little brothers work nicely, as do dads and moms when you get to tired. It might take awhile especially if your "soil" is really "cement".

Step 2: Make the hole big enough for you and a few of you siblings to fit inside. Make sure to loose your flip flops multiple times at the bottom of the hole and make your dad retreave them. As an added bonus it's always fun to pretend you can't get out and need help.

Step 3: See how many times you can jump over the hole without colliding with each other. Bonus points for silliness.

Step 4: Place a shovel across the hole and "tight rope walk" across.

Step 5: Convince a sibling to get inside the hole so their head is poking up and jump over them.

And that concludes our primer on what to do with a hole. We hope it was helpful and informative. Once you have your own hole you can decide what you will do with it, the possibilities are endless. We decided to put a tree in ours.

This made me laugh - I looked at the pictures first before I read all the captions and thought maybe you had just dug a hole for the fun of it. Glad to hear you actually did put a tree in it. :) Looks like your growing family has had a fun summer!
