Treebee the fish, Christopher's guppy, died today from complications arising from a tank cleaning accident. Several weeks ago Treebee spent an unknown amount of time laying in a shallow pool of water on the floor. He was never quite the same after the accident. He passed away peacefully today in his tank. He is survived by his wife Snippy and three children; Little Flappy, Einstein, and Rutherford. He was laid to rest in a flowerbed in the back yard. He was a good fish.

Poor little Treebee. How did the kids take it?
They actually handled it pretty well. I think the fact that they had new pets (lizards) helped a lot, since they were so excited about them still.
